The TheraSuit® is a breathable, soft dynamic orthotic device. It is used to improve and change proprioception (how we feel our body is in space), reduce pathological reflexes (retention of primitive reflexes), restore muscle synergies, and load the entire body with weight like a reaction of our muscles to gravity.
The Universal Exercise Unit, or SpiderCage, is used to train and isolate movement patterns to specifically strengthen the muscle groups responsible for that desired movement. The SpiderCage works to improve range of motion, muscle strength and joint flexibility, as well as functional skills. The cage can provide support or resistance.
CME uses exercises progressively against gravity to increase the range of functional movement available to your child.
